ENGINEERED STRENGTH FOR HEAVY FORGING

Heavy Section Forging for Large and Custom Industrial Components. Open die forging is a controlled deformation process where heated metal is compressed between flat or contoured dies to gradually shape large cross-sections. Unlike closed die forging, this method is ideal for oversized components and custom geometries where structural strength, internal soundness, and flexibility in dimensions are critical. The process enhances internal grain structure while maintaining mechanical integrity across heavy sections. It is especially suited for shafts, blocks, and pressure-retaining components operating under high loads.
