Established as a family-owned business, we began operations with a vision to deliver high-quality forging solutions for the growing industrial sector in India. Leveraging the reliability of LASCO and FICEP presses, we made significant strides in the manufacturing process, setting the stage for future growth. 

2002

Our dedication to excellence and continuous improvement in the processes led to our certification under ISO/TS 16949 further solidifying our position as a trusted name in the global forging industry.

2007

During this period, we invested in cutting-edge technologies and modernised our manufacturing processes, laying the groundwork for future success, and installed 3T MPM Hammers.

2008

We expanded our infrastructure with state-of-the-art facilities at Hosur in Tamil Nadu, strategically positioning ourselves to meet the rising demand in both domestic and international markets.

2010

We took major strides and installed 10 ton and 12 ton Hammers at the second unit.

2016

Another landmark was the accreditation of our lab by NABL and adding 950kgs Valve Body forged

2017

Key developments during this period included the introduction of advanced technologies like radial and ring rolling forging, heat treatment, and testing facilities that enhanced product quality and production efficiency. 

2020
We introduced a larger Ring Rolling unit at the third manufacturing facility. The company also earned the prestigious API Q1 and 2OC certifications, cementing our reputation in the global market. Additionally, we became a "Green Company", emphasizing our commitment to sustainable practices.
2022

The year saw the installation of a new MPI machine and a GFM machine, demonstrating our commitment to investing in the latest technology for enhanced production and quality control.

2023

In 2023, we added a ZEISS CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), further elevating our precision capabilities and ensuring the highest standards in quality assurance.

1983

Incorporation of Vinir.

1986

Commencement of production at Unit I.

2002

Acquisition of Vishnu Forge Hosur to establish Unit II.

2005

Expansion of Unit I and installation of a vertical machining center.

2008

Order placed for a 10-ton forging hammer for Unit II.

2012

Installation of a computerized numerical control (CNC) lathe machine at Unit I.

2019

Construction of a die shop at Unit II and transition to PNG and LPG at Unit I.

2020

Installation of a ring rolling machine, CMM, CNC boring machines, CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, and a Babcock & Wilcox press at Unit III.

2023

Installation of the WFL M100 machining center at Unit III and the WFL S30 turning lathe at Unit I.

2024

Commissioning of the first GFM forging machine at Unit I, entering into an agreement for PNG supply at Unit II, and installation of a 1250LMGA steel cutting machine at Unit III.
